  1. Here's my stats: HW 254 -Bmi 42 SW 240 (10/5/15) CW 193 - Bmi 32! 2 BMO points and I'll no longer be obese.
  2. 194. Don't think I'll make my goal after stalling out for most of January buy I'm thrilled the numbers are going in the right direction again.
  3. 3 month visit went well. I'm solidly in onederland, even with the doctors scale that's always about 6lbs heavier than my home scale. All my follow up bloodwork was amazingly improved on everything they measured. My doctor couldn't stop grinning. Feeling amazing @@catlynk Let us know how it went!
  4. I do the same as amboyd. I love how fitbit and fitness pal sync up the exercise part. I just log food on fitness pal I use Plant Nanny to track my water. Super cute app.
  5. At my 3 month post op checkup. 3.75 month? A little later than 3 months. Waiting to see doc.
  6. Sorry I forgot to post yesterday. 1/18 weight was 197. Thanks!
  7. 200.4. Wtfudge Wrong way, body! Didn't change my eating so it must be hormonal.

    Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!

Final weigh in is 201.2. So so close. I didn't make,my 199.9 goal, but I'll totally take it. 21 lb loss? Heck yeah! I should be in onederland VERY soon.
  11. Somewhat off topic. I had my heart broken last night by someone I love dearly and trusted. I did not sleep and I'm at work with my eyes burning. I can't even get a protein shake in. Might be easier to get to 199 than I thought. I hate a pity party as much as the next guy, so I'm really sorry for complaining, but this just steamrolled me.
  12. So I am painfully close to onederland... 204 now. I'm going for it by January 1st (with fully realistic expectations of not quite getting there...5 lbs by Friday is not that real -- but it can't hurt to have a goal post to shoot for right?) After allowing myself a holiday weekend, I'm going to be pushing a lot of water and liquid protein the next few days to get back on track. It's funny how I let myself eat what I wanted (within safe parameters) for Christmas and still barely had 1000 calories and lost 2 lns last week. I love my baby banana tummy. <3
  13. Miss Belle looks like a real sweetie. <3

    Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!

204 this morning. Don't think I'm making it to onederland by Friday but I'm sooooo close that it's getting exciting now! I'll take it!
  15. I have no hunger and little interest in food now. I feel like a horrible mom because I can't even get motivated to cook for my teenage kids. And they still have teenage appetites. *sigh* Edited to add: I literally feel like I am just eating to get my protein goals. Most days once I hit my goal, my first thought is "thank god I don't have to eat any more today" It's a relief more than anything. It's a loooooong way from presurgery thinking. Lol

    Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!

    206. Same as last week. I figured this week would be slow after I abruptly lost 4.6 lbs last week. C'est la vie.

    Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!

221.4. Not much movement this week. Less than one lb
  21. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this vegan Protein powder and what you thought of it. I was looking up recipes for protein smoothies and saw this product pop up in a number of them. I like that it's a dairy free plant protein. Seems to be high in protein, low calorie, low carb. I'm tolerating ("tolerating") whey isolate but would curious if plant protein would be better for me. Thanks for feedback if you've got it!

    Daily Burn Fuel 6?

Oh I didn't see the return option. Good to know. Not liking the carb amounts though. Hmm. Thanks
  23. My plan was very similar as well. I'm not allowed to drink 20 minutes before and 60-90 minutes after eating. The 90'ish minutes seems excessive. I usually do an hour. I'd never get all my water in otherwise. I find myself avoiding eating sometimes so I don't have to deal with stopping fluids. I guess that's good in some ways. The past two weeks I've gone from constant head hunger to the other extreme: I have next to no interest in food at all. It's more of a hassle than anything.
  24. I'm 5 weeks today and I've lost 18 lbs post op. Lost 14 in preop so 32 total since mid September.
