gnc membership its so freaking worth it guys
newmebithebypass posted a topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
so i was looking to introduce protein shakes into my diet before my pre-op liquid phase because the nut wants me to get 60-80 grams a day and i went to the gnc website today and looked into a membership and its 15 bucks for the whole year one that is amazing because not only do they give you half off on whey protein but on like vitamins and suplaments and all sorts of good stuff. so i also ordered a tub of 100% whey protein in chocolate 2 pounds for 24 dollars yay -
