    Hey so yes it is standard for the psych visit to be one session. And good on you for giving up drinking my dad was a heavy drinker for decades one day just got tired of it and stopped. Same thing with me and my brother we were both addicts and then just stopped. But as far as managing pain a very good medicine that is a happy pill and good for joint pain is gabapentin.     Hon i also have intimacy issues that stem from self esteem and abuse history. But i am 100% doing this surgery for me. My hubby is 11 years older than me but i feel older than him physically i cant do as much im not able to go a whole day with out a nap im in pain all the time so yeah it is all on me.     Wow guys im sending hugs to you. I also believe in the random chaos of the universe connecting one event to another leading us on the path where we happen to be as we are right now. When i won my disability case and the weight just kept piling on i knew.     So guys does anyone here shop in bulk. I sure do. My surgery is not until September but I got my ready to drink muscle milk I got protein water. Both of which are ok by my program. I got bai water also ok. Parmesan crisps and veggies all the veggies plus chicken, hamburger and parmesan crusted tilapia ooh looking forward to that one.     wow how much sugar we are allowed upto 15 grams in yogurt things after surgery. so just trying to figure out others experience i want to dump on the bad stuff like the things not good for me. not yogurt lol

    thanks for the advice yeah i have heard that advice i am far away from surgery sort of about 5 months so yeah right now is about trying things but yeah i never buy more than i need more than a month as far as protein supplements go
