I am 4 months out 73 lbs down and feel great! I had the same worry. Not going to say it hasn't taken some getting use to but man has it been worth it. Knees feel better, energy up , blood work great, and so much more. Somethings have been hard to get use to but nothing that was as crazy as some have made it out to be. We all are different and it will affect use in different ways. I'm 38 and also a mans man. But know I am a lot healthier mans man. If u need to talk or ask any ? Let me know would answer anything u might be dealing with.

I have hit my goal weight 205. Trying to plan off. Having a hard time. Has anyone else experienced this. My face has thinned out a lot . Kind of look sickly . Trying to up my calories without getting back into my bad habits.

I'm starting to day no cokes or sweet tea( I was killing the sweet tea). And drinking Protein for Breakfast ( no more doughnuts with the kids). And one at lunch. The just eat a nice dinner. Got about two weeks before my pre op diet. So a least that would help with the sugar headaches.

Be trying to learn to chew my food good and sip my Water that hard!

I have my surgery on October 5. Kind of want to start my diet so I can build my way up to the liquid one. Should I or should just enjoy the few days I have left.
