Any time I eat anything fried my pouch Acts up. I thought I could have somethings that I was restricted from starting at the beginning. -

I binge eat when I frustrated and upset and angry with nothing to do. It get to 9pm and if I'm up I start eating. I'm trying my best not to do this. Last nite I had one my comfort foods. Warm milk with. Cinnamon and Splenda. It help me fall asleep with eating anymore. But when I do binge I up vomiting and the pain lasts for awhile after.

I need good advice if eat any carbs I gain weight. Who thinks for me to get on track to back to just protein. My life depends on this.

I am 9 mos postop and I fell off the wagon. This week has been awful. Wrong choices such as Mms peanuts,munchkins, guacamole &chips and ice cream . I need help I know my anxiety kicks in and all I want to do is eat. Help me I have lost 91 lbs and now I'm doing this again. Please give me advice
