How much are you consuming per meal? I'm 14 months out and eating about 1/2 c per meal 3 meals a day and a Protein Shake if I'm hungry

Its not full liquids for that long. Its a day of Clear Liquids and a day of full liquids. Basically a diet similar to the early stages of post op just not for weeks at a time. Its 10 days

You look way better than I did! I was miserable when I woke up. I wanted out of that bed so bad. I literally was in the bed maybe a 1/2 hour the whole time I was in the hospital lol

I had my first stall about 3 weeks out. At first you are losing a lot of Water weight. Stalls depend on a lot of things. I'm 14 months out. I have probably had 5 or 6 major stalls, they happen a lot. I've currently been in a 2 month stall and let me tell you I work out like a mad woman, I drink 80+ oz of Fluid a day and I eat mainly meats and veggies. I haven't found anything to really break it. Being this far out I've come to expect stalls and I just deal with them . as long as you are doing what you are supposed to it will come off.

I had daulidid when I woke up and then I could take oxys if i needed while in the hospital. I didn't take them though because they were going to send me home with tylenol.I figured i,might as well deal with it. Lol. Walking, and rest help. Also, try a heating pad. I'm so glad i had one that first week.

I can't even tell you how many stalls I've had along the way. Your body is in shock. It will come off. I'm 14 months out and down 140 lbs. I've had probably 5 or 6 major stalls, its frustrating but it will come off. Don't weigh yourself daily. That just makes it worse lol

I'm 14 months out and go every other day if not daily. Some advice, definitely take stool softeners. Also, my surgeon told me if I go more than 3 days without a bowel movement to take a laxative

Has anyone done a pouch reset? I can't seem to get out of the 160's. I've been stuck here for 3 months. I'm 14 months out. I'm just curious if anyone has done this and what their experience was.

You're going to stall a bunch during the process. Its normal. Just keep, doing what you are and get your fluids in!

I lost quickly in the beginning. I'm a little over a year out and down 145 lbs. My weight loss slowed down at about 8 months out. Everyone loses at a different rate though

@ funke. The scale will go up and down. Its normal. I sometimes gained 5 lbs and then would drop it overnight. I only weigh myself in the mornings and I weigh myself weekly. You'll drive yourself crazy weighing yourself every day. You need to get in the 64oz of Fluid as this is what flushes out everything. Have you tried things with flavor( Powerade zero, crystal light, green tea zero, diet snapple)? You literally need to have a drink with you all day. Sip sip sip...you'll get all over fluids in if you do. You'll have stalls through out the process. I sometimes stalled for weeks, even months. Its normal. Just keep going by the guidelines and get your fluids and Protein in and you will lose the weight.

I like fit crunch bars. My favorite is cookie dough

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. I have a bald spot on one side. Thank God side bangs are in! My surgeon told me to take Biotin although it isn't a miracle.

@@opie7799 I suggest downloading the monitor your weight app as well. Its helpful for me to keep track of my weight since it drops fairly quickly. I'm down 140 lbs in a little over a year. Its nice to see how far I've come
