  1. I was drinking Premier too but after a few weeks I switched to Isopure Zero Carb (banana Creme, strawberry, Cookies and Cream, etc.). 12 oz. equals 210 calories, 0 carbs, 50 grams Protein. Order it OVER THE PHONE (tell them you would like a discount, they will give you a better discount than if you ordered on line). 3 lb big ol' jub is $44.99 but they should give you a $15.00 discount AND free shipping. You are going to UP your Protein intake soon. You will need to be getting anywhere from 65 to 75 grams of protein a day.

DO NOT buy any specials they offer you on Vitamins. I ordered some with great deals and had to send them back because my doctor and NUT said that I will have to take chewable vitamins for the rest of my life now. If you can get the Bariatric Advantage chewables on sale, get that with the Vitamin D.

  2. Why at Week 4 we are allowed Beans but not peas? I love red Beans and white beans (unfortunately I am not able to have them over rice as most New Orleans people love. It is a tradition here on every single Monday). I love peas and espceically pea Soup but my NUT told me that I am not allowed to have that b/c of the carbs and gassiness. What is the difference. Beans are like that too???

  3. Don't eat more than 100 carbs a day. You should be getting anywhere from 65 to 76 grams of Protein. They Protein Drinks are where I get most of my protein. food alone would never give me enough. I am on the Isopure Zero Carbs Protein Powder. If you go to Puritan's Pride website, they are the cheapest. If you call them by phone, and ask for a discount, they will give you more of a discount than the internet will. The 3 lb protein powders are $44.99 a piece. The girl over the phone gave me $15 off that and when I ordered a 2nd one, she gave me $10 off of that one. Can't beat that!!!!!!!!!

  4. My doctor and NUT said, red potatoes but not the Idaho (brown baked) potato. Brown ones are more starchy and harder to digest. Red ones are better because they are smaller and creamier and easier to digest. Only to put salt and pepper and a spray butter or butter buds powder. No rice or Pasta. In a month or two, you can have whole grain pasta and brown rice. Otherwise, stay away from all the "white".
