  1. Very well said, frankie'sgirl. I will add one thing to this. Find something constructive to replace a food addiction. Run, swim, take up a sport like tennis, cycling, something that replaces the void left when we give up food as a comfort item.
  2. No hunger after surgery...how to I know the right amount to eat? Enjoy the no hunger part. it doesn't last forever and is a perk of the surgery. I don't get very hungry and I'm 9 months post op. Make sure you are tracking what you take in and meet your nutritional goals that i hope your weight loss center or surgeon gave you.   7. a little side note on flax seed, our body cant process the whole seed, so either grind it our get the ground. i eat flax seed and chia seeds in my yogurt.

  9. my first thought is possibly mild dehydration. are you getting all your water in each day?
  10. Did my first triathlon today, it was kind of a practice one leading up to the big one I'm doing in August. I really enjoyed it today. I wanted to finish under an hour, finished in 53 minutes!   17. Frankiesgirl hit it. I had back pains while loosing as well. My physical therapist said it is because of my posture correcting itself quickly, my muscles aren't used to it. Stretching and exercise helps. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

  19. Try the grilled chicken nuggets and chew chew chew them up. later you can try the super side. i love it. i get those 2 things at least 2 times a week.

  24. just be sure to track it. its easy to get alot of calories in smoothies unknowingly. you need to be thinking protein at 8 weeks as well.
