    Post op appointment

I did buy injury protein chicken broth and a orange protein water so I think I will be able to set in at least 40-50 grams of protein daily. The doc also said to use milk instead of water in my cream soups add extra and sip on it for hours...... Eating all day? He said by drinking this should not build grazing habits.

I was sleeved on 10/13 also and if I take to big of a sip of anything I also get that pressure and pain. I am on full liquids so no beans or yogurt for me. I did drink my 4 ounce protein share with non fat fairfit milk and have had chest pain and gurgling intestines..... Then with in 20 minutes diarrhea. Sorry probably TMI but that is what is happening to me.

I am scheduled to work graveyard tonight, Sunday and Monday getting off Tuesday morning. My question is do you think it is smart of me to work Monday night or should I take the night off to get a goodnight sleep prior to surgery?

    Embarrassed

I think many people can relate to this posting. It might be easier on your system to stay on the FLD since that is what you will be on after your surgery. Do you have local support groups in your area?
