How much weight do people lose on average? My surgery was August 5th of this year and I've lost 20 pounds which includes weight lost during the two week pre op surgery.
Every ones different, so don't go by what I did, but I lost 1-2 lbs a week. Dr. Said I was doing everything right, following the food rules, exercise 3x a week, lots of water (propel, gatoraide 2, no cal lemonade etc. )
