  15. Just curious.... How big of bites are you taking? And are you chewing till it's mush? That was the hardest thing for me, slow down, chew completely and smaller bites. I haven't had that pain as long as I remember to do those things. Sent from my SM-T810 using the BariatricPal App
  16. I would say that you are, my doc told me to take a break and also took me off BP meds. I exercise 3 to 4 day's a week and really work on keeping my food in line being as this is a life change. It needs to be something we can handle long term.

  19. I actually did this today and so far so good, I'm thinking it's also because I'm not seeing any movement in the scale for 2 weeks now and having a hard time introducing new foods. Just a lot of changes for the 8 week mark! Thank you for your reply! ????
  20. Hi this is my first time posting, I've been a creeper till now. ???? I'm wondering if any one else experiences being really emotional a day or so after exercise? I'm 8 weeks out from rny surgery and everything has been smooth sailing on my journey so far, but I tell you what after I exercise I want to cry or rip heads off! All I'm doing is walking for 2 min then do planks or squats or wall squats for a minute and do this for 40 min. How long will this last?
