I actually did this today and so far so good, I'm thinking it's also because I'm not seeing any movement in the scale for 2 weeks now and having a hard time introducing new foods. Just a lot of change

Hi this is my first time posting, I've been a creeper till now. ???? I'm wondering if any one else experiences being really emotional a day or so after exercise?
I'm 8 weeks out from rny surgery and everything has been smooth sailing on my journey so far, but I tell you what after I exercise I want to cry or rip heads off! All I'm doing is walking for 2 min then do planks or squats or wall squats for a minute and do this for 40 min.
How long will this last?
