I can so relate to this and still do by the way. I'm 20 days post op and still on liquid diet by Doctor's and NUT orders. Tomorrow is my last day and let me tell you, I'm so excited to eat anything other than broth and shakes and liquids. I find myself spending a lot more time on healthy meal plannng for when I can eat again and it is so bittersweet. You're not alone.

@@Lilu I did the made up problem too about why the long break from work. I don't want everyone in my business. The surgery was a hard enough decision for me and the only one who knows is my husband. He's all the support I need and he has been phenomenal!

Hello All, I'm new here and this is my first post. I'm AA and I really appreciate this thread. I'm 2 weeks post-op and I'm losing fast, which I like verymuch. I'm just afraid it will stall once I start pureed/soft foods next week. Does anyone else have the fear? Plus I'm on sick of my liquid diet, I'll literally do back flips on the day I start eating again. ( Wishful thinking on the backflips.

I'm glad I read this thread because I honeslty thought something was wrong with me. I'm having the same tiredness and light headedness- I do 60g of Protein a day and drink plenty of fluids. My husband seem to think its because I'm still on my liquid diet and my body needs food.< /p>
