I have to do the shots too not too bad but they burn a lil... I have 2 more left I was doing 2 a day...????

Whoo hoo finally on the losers bench.. I had to stay over night but when home next day... Only pain is gas and gas-x strips are helping that and some nausea.. Other than that it went well????

I just went thru my things and gave away items I've had forever and hadn't worn yet.. Left my usual pieces will get rid if rest as it gets too big..????

@@Pea523 I'm getting sleeved on 17th too I do 3 shakes a day, vegetable broth I also can have cream soups just fat free... I can have a salad all veges with fat free dressing.. Yogurt with no fruit in it ... Then 1 day of each week a 4oz piece of fish, turkey, or chicken with 1 cup veges... I can also have a cup of veges during the day if I get hungry or 2 spoons of peanut butter...

Just had my pre op in all caps they said NO GUMMIES... I was all stocked up too.. Oh well
