  1. Hi all, Has anyone ever heard of RAP Protein? I found it in the grocery store yesterday. It's a protein that are gummies! It has 20 grams of protein and 9 grams of sugar. I wanted to know if anyone tried it. Thanks
  2. Hi everyone, I asked this question in the Post Op forum, I decided to ask again to those who had their surgery a little longer than I had mine. Are you all able to drink from a straw? And if so, are you having any problems? I find myself getting gas when I drink out of a bottle or cup. My stomach starts to rumble really bad throughout the day. Thanks

  5. Ok, wow that's interesting. People I know that had gastric bypass or gastric sleeve are able to drink carbonated drinks but maybe it's too soon for me. I just have a craving for a coke. Any suggestions?
  6. Ok, in my guide book it states that I can drink caffeine around 3-4 weeks post. I'm dying for a coke or a Coke Zero ????????. My question is, do you think it's best to dilute it?

  14. I have tried gas x, and it helped for about 30 minutes. I walked up and down the stairs and it helped but the pain came back I'm hungry but scared to eat anything

  20. No, I haven't started exercising just yet. My doctor did say wait 3 weeks before I hit the gym, but I feel well enough to walk on the treadmill so I may start tomorrow or Wednesday. I did hear Protein is what make you lose your weight the fastest. I've been slacking on protein ????
  21. No, this is after surgery. I didn't go on a diet or anything before surgery. I've 24 lbs. so far.
  22. I've lost 22 lbs so far and my surgery was on 8/4.
  23. I'll have to buy some cottage cheese tomorrow. But I did eat scrambled eggs and oh my goodness it was the best lol!
  24. I hate cottage cheese but right about now it sounds like lobster and streak to me lol.
