They say when your intestines is rumbling they are waking back up from the surgery. This is a good thing because it starts to help the digestive system work

The only complaint I have now is the gas that has moved to my shoulders..
A lot of walking helps .. I have no regrets ...my favorite is when I can eat my sugar free Popsicle...SLOWLY

Sip slow and you have to learn the difference between full and gas ..stop then go back
It's a journey I just had my surgery on August 5, my problem now is the head hunger.
