  1. It appears that I'm going to stall for 2-3 weeks every month when I get my period. At least my stalls are consistent. :P

  3. It's a heart-crushing feeling when you're told that your knee is almost certainly going to prevent you from running... ever again. There goals one of the biggest exercise goals I was looking forward to. D:

  9. A good friend killed themselves today. Sad and mad. Three kids who have to deal with this, and the loss of a sweet soul.

  10. It's officially my birthday and I have officially made it to 80 pounds lost since surgery mid-August. Awesome birthday present, body! :)

  11. I'm pretty sure it's only water weight, but I've been stalled for almost two weeks and this morning I saw that I have gained almost two pounds. This upsets me more than I want it to, and is making me wonder if I am perhaps becoming slightly obsessed with losing weight. I've also noticed that eating more than 600 calories makes me feel like I'm overeating, even though I'm supposed to be trying to get in 900-1000 calories a day. Enjoying food (which has only recently started happening again) makes me feel super guilty. Am I developing an eating disorder?!

  12. It has been such a great year. I wish everyone the best for a happy and healthy holiday season.

  13. If you order anything from the BariatricPal store get either the chocolate or Coco hazelnut protein pudding/shakes.

  14. And the countdown begins. One more pound to go, the scale says this morning! I can't believe it--could this be real??

  18. Just came from 6 month post op!!!!! -85lbs I've lost 62% of my access weight. Current weight: 197lbs. Goal: 150 -145 so that's 52lbs to lose from today till one year averaging about 1lb per week. Only thing low from my blood work was protein so I need to go from one shake to two shakes a day or I can mix a shake and a bar a day. I'm super excited with my results and I appreciate all of ya'lls support! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

  24. Bought a spaghetti squash today, the first in eons. It will be the foundation of a brilliant concoction and I can't wait to chow down. The hardest part is cutting it open raw.
