    I've been stalled for most of this month. But today I stepped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to see that I'm exactly 100 pounds down since surgery, and 155 down since my highest. I can barely believe it!

    16 weeks post op today. Down 69 pounds since surgery, 84 pounds since the beginning of the program, and 124 pounds since my heaviest last summer. I also believe my stall may be ending. It's a good day. :)
