    Im not eating real food yet the egg and puréed tuna with mayo my doctor is early as far as eating proteins but I think the egg is too much I didn't feel good tuna is ok I feel ok..

    Hi I had my surgery on August 26th and lost 10lbs so far. I am not feeling any pain except when I eat my protein meals which are mainly scrambled eggs or tuna with mayo I love the strawberry protein shakes..my heart beats faster after I eat not sure why...maybe my body is working too hard to digest. I go back to work next week.

    Can I eat chicken Vienna sausages? I already can eat tuna, cottage, ricotta, but I'm not a big fan of these cheeses...today is my second day eating . Yesterday I had scramble eggs didn't agree with me much I also had Mayo with tuna and is good...I'm terrible with this all planning of eating I can't eat tuna every day what do I do for the next 12 days?

    Hi ! My surgery is wednesday And I read my doctors instructions but I can't get a clear picture and organize my mind of what I will eat for bkfast lunch and dinner. I would Love some ideas. Third day I can eat Tuna, ricotta, Greek yogurt, cottage and the protein shake... What would fit? What is the size of my meal? Im confused ...

    I see that most people have 14 of liquids after surgery, my doctor diet is that after we are discharged we go to phase 3, soft foods lile cottage cheese, protein drinks, tuna w/ mayo, broth, greek yogurt...anyone else's doctor is the same?
