I am scheduled for August 1st. It is getting close and nerves are kicking in. Currently on the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) and I am doing well.

I'm August 1 too! I've been anxious for awhile too. I keep praying, looking at pictures of cute clothes and at my son playing to remind myself that it's worth it....
