Had my first real food today - some scrambled eggs and cheese at one meal and cottage cheese at another and came super close to meeting my protein goal without a shake. I'm so proud of myself !
Well thats good to hear that your still not on a liquid diet. Doctor told me two full week of liquids after surgery 4 days of clear liquids and the rest full liquid. I guess everyones doctors are different. And congrats on the real food.
