  1. Yep..when you are scheduling your appointments,dr visits and tests and observations and referrals you will find that time goes by fast. These insurance companies make you jump through hoops. If I had the money I would just self pay...I spent 6 months starting from scratch for this revision. Finally approved.
  2. Avocado...softened into guacamole and canned sardines
  3. My band has flipped....it really messed me up...that is also why I refuse to let anyone cut out 85% of my stomach....no way
  4. I am revising to RNY because this band is misery....My friend who doesn't know I have the lapband just got the sleeve and she is doing the same thing...slime,vomit and heave....I did my research and I am revising to bypass...
  5. I see more sleeve to bypass revisions....nnever bypass to sleeve....
  6. I love people who say they are getting the lapband or sleeve because it's less invasive.GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I was one of those people back in 2004 when I got the lapband...it was my choice. Etween lapband and bypass..."I chose to go with "the less invasive""""please vomiting ,sliming,slipping,eroding...damage to my esophagus plus I am back fat as all get out"!!!Having long needles injected through a port...I have developed all kinds of issues....damage to my stomach, pouch and esophagus....The "sleeve "is now the new flavor of the moment procedure....Cuuting out 85% of your stomach is very invasive if you ask me.

  11. Keep at it...start over...time will go fast...think of it as Now is the start...book your appointments now
  12. Sounds like your doctor's office is not on top of it as you think.Missing codes or a request for more information is sometimes required.Call or go visit the dr office and speak with the administrator.Let her make a call to the insurance company while you wait in office....I had to be relentless...I kept on everyone's butt...
