Buy unflavored Protein and put it in drink like crystal light or in ur Soups or in Jello or pudding or make ur own sugar free popsicles with the protein in it

As soon as u wake up walk! WALK WALK WALK! No matter how hard it is to do it or how slow u go just walk! The more you walk the better you will feel!

Thank you everyone. I just didn't think I would be feeling as hungry as I do everyday not being able to hold much. But I noticed the more gas I let I go the more I began to feel like this

I thought about that too but wouldn't that kinda help with also getting ur daily Protein? I can already get 90g of it in one day so maybe the weed will help me drink for liquids like Soups or broths or more Proteins from the puree diet witch wouldn't be bad would just have to stop at the first feeling of fullness right?

I am 8days post op and get my 90g +of Protein and drink Water are day and I still find my self feeling hunger at times. I am still on the liquids diet and and start the purée diet Wednesday. I feel like I can handle puréed food now tho Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only one?

I'm 6 days out and I find drinking warm liquids are easier than cold/ room temp. I to can drink fairly normal but better wen the liquid is heated

Just curious has anyone tried eating before they were supposed to? Like start the puree when they were supposed to be in Clear Liquids or started solids before they ended the puree part? I'm 3 days before my puree diets starts but I can handle really soft foods already with no problem? I am not doing it but I tried because I like to learn the hard way lol

Don't take the pain killers but keep taking the softeners. And start eating like yogurts and soups/broth or Proteins shakes

I'm 4 days post op and still experience some high heart rate. I can't tell if it is anxiety or not

I got mine on Tuesday and have no liquid vitamins.

I drove today and was fine. Just avoid for sitting for a long time in the car lol

I was told I was allowed to start driving ASAP as long as I wasn't on the pain medications
