    Had my 6 month post-op appoinment. Have a new weight loss goal which is a lot different than I originally thought, but it can hopefully be done. Have a lot of hard work ahead of me and have to add 40g more of protein in. This will be challenging

      i understand what you are going thru i work at a school and today was a mini thanksgiving for the kids and i dodged all the pumpkin pies and turkey and see's candy that the parents like to bring in. Here to all of us for the holidays that are trying to be good.

    Decided to run a 5k on Thanksgiving. It will be my first... so far I've only run 2.5 miles, I'm taking a leap of faith that I'll be able to do the rest!
