  4. I work in the health care as a NA, and I know it comes with heavy lifting and bending and I wanted to know if anyone else is in the field that had or going to have the sleeve and how long should we be off from work

  10. I'm insulin dependent, but it'd controlled and I been doing good. So I hope after my sleeve I won't need insulin

  12. my surgery us August 4th and I start my pre op diet for two day which is the 2 and 3 and I can have slim fast , no sugar Popsicles flavor Water sugar free jello and broth. But my dietician told me to buy flavor soup and drink the broth from that because it might be better..I'm training my mind now and I pray I be a success before and after
  13. We can't have fruits or juices or milk on the clear liquid diet. I like premier Protein shake . 11 oz with 30 grams of protein

  20. Hi my name is Monique and I started my journey of having the gastric sleeve last year june and I completed all of my classes and now I'm about to see a healthy me come August 4.
