Thank you. No matter what kind of protein I buy or try to drink it's not helping. Cause it make me nauseated or makes me sick. I've tried some of everything f t on crystal light propel water power aid zero and even regular water. Today I think I got a total of 24 oz of water, 16 oz of sugar free juice and about 30 grams of protein. I'm trying my best to hold on. I'm just praying for better days and more easier days, because my stomach is starting to growl from hunger pain

I'm almost 4 weeks post op and no matter what I eat my stomach hurts and I feel week. Also having a hard time getting my water in and protein

So true and I feel like I did what was best for me my health and my kids. I'm already diabetic and didn't won't to get any other health issues. So going to keep praying and do what my doctor says. To stay away from possible leaks. ...I wasn't scared or nerves until I heard other I'm the group talking about it. So I'm with you either way you choose and I pray everything goes good with your sleeve. Keep me informed

I'm getting a little nervous and scared now that I hear people talking about leaks after their sleeve and some only been sleeved for a cple of months. I was sleeved last Tuesday and other group I'm in saying they had complications as well as leaks. .and I don't wanna dwell on that cause I did what was best for me and my body

It is so hard to believe that tomorrow is my day. It haven't hit me yet that , the old me is about to be gone and the new and healthy me is own her way. I just pray that surgery is a success and I have no complications during or after my sleeve. I don't know how to feel and it's like I don't feel anything right now. But I know it's for the best. My hw 240 my sw 236 , hopefully I lost a few pounds since I been on my liquid diet

Yes I made it through day one . It wasn't easy, cause I felt hungry. I didn't cheat I stayed with my liquids. .one more day then surgery

I'm only instructed to drink slim fast water broth popsicles jello and fat free milk. So far my blood sugar been doing good and haven't really had a big need of insulin

What all are you doing to keep your blood sugar levels at 99? Because I started my liquid diet today and I was told to cut my insulin in half at bedtime

As the day is getting closer I'm getting a little nervous. Do any one knows how long is the surgery? I was told that it will be almost the same as when I had my gallbladder taken out

Hope I be like that as well. I take insulin. Had gestation diabetes 3 time and now I have type 2 for 10 month now...so I pray having the sleeve helps with my diabetes

Yes! Thank you teitei636. I'm so excited for this new journey and to be healthy nor just for me but for my kids as well. I start my two day liquid diet Sunday. I'm glad I only have to diet for two day and I pray I make it through the two weeks after surgery on liquid
