I submitted on a Tuesday and got the approval call from insurance that Friday morning. So, 3 days. I have United Healthcare.

You'll probably get a wide variety of answers as it depends on your particular insurance/surgeon. For me it took an additional 2 plus months. But I'm finally up on Wednesday!
