I have done tons of research but I guess not the right stuff. DO people talk directly with the surgeons in Tijuana or just their coo coordinators? Thanks

  10. I am sending you strength, and please send me some in 2 weeks. I am very afraid of the pre op diet. I will tell you this, don't beat yourself up,its one day at a time. You had a salad, and that was a good choice. I hear from my clinic that if I am too hungry I can take a benefibre. Or a fibre pill. Add Some lemons to your Water, have some watermelon or cantelope. u will do good....we will do good. No sabbatoge for us, ok?

With the t.v. on I the background ( I realize they don't work in Mexico and probably from their homes, but she didn't know. She said I only have to liquid diet for 2 days???? Asked for a deposit??? I then asked her about my medications and doesn't someone look at my health questionnai, etc etc? My BMI is only 38 she said and I wouldn't need 2weeks of pre op diet? This is a big clinic, anyone have anything to tell me, or share. It sounded kind of disorganized. ugggggg now Im scared.
