    Hi and welcome. I think you are doing fine. You are early out so just listen to your body....don't force it down just take your time and you will be fine. The first week or two don't worry about the protein so much..Just get down what you can. It's more important to stay hydrated.you can always add unflavored protein to your crystal light or whatever you are drinking. GOOD LUCK!! WELCOME TO BANDLAND!!

    Walked 4 miles!! :clap2: Had to update dinner..Don't know what happened I started to eat some chicken (was rushing) and had my first full fledged PB! (on the first bite):fear: Had a bowl of grits instead followed by a low carb /low fat ice cream bar

    Hi there, I'm in the same boat. My surgery restriction is gone for the most part. Every once in a while I feel alittle something. I still have to eat a bit slower, and can't eat quite as much. Still it feels like before for the most part. I am hoping that I get back a bit of restriction after my fill too (May11). This is quite nornal, but hard to keep off the weight lost right after surgery, but I refuse to gain anything back!!
