Hi fitbit buddies, i apologise for not joining up to challenges this week as my beautiful mother sadly passed away over the weekend. I will be back with a vengeance next week. This i promise! I just don't have the luxury of time for me this week i am busy organising her funeral. Good luck to you all for this week *hugs*
I am so very sorry for your loss Mary, my thoughts are with you.

I was 1 month out yesterday and for some reason today I'm having a hard time keeping my food down. shake for Breakfast (which I have every morning) I threw up, ate lowfat cottage cheese and diced peaches for lunch only two ounces total and was instantly sick again. I don't know what's going on with me today but it sucks.

Open your fitbit app on your phone and click on friends at the bottom. Click the plus sign and just add people by their email addresses.

I've lost 10 a week for the first 3 weeks. I'll hit week 4 Wed. And it's not gonna be near 10, I hit a stall. For the past few days.

I am having the same issue occasionally. Seems to be related to exercising without enough calories or fluids first. Are you getting your Water / fluids in?
I'm trying to get all my fluids in, it's a lot harder than I expected. I'll have to monitor the Water intake a little more closely. Thank you for replying, hopefully we both feel better soon.

I'm 3 1/2 weeks out and the past 3-4 days I've been having problems with feeling extremely light- headed and dizzy every time I stand up. It doesn't seem to matter what I've eaten previous to standing either. I've checked my sugar and my B/P and both are fine. Anyone else had this problem?

It's somewhere in your settings online, Go to setting and then to personal info, it's below your height in body info.

Do you have your stride set correctly, if it's using to short of a stride length it may read more steps than it should.

I'm 3 weeks out as well, my surgery was on the 8th. I'm still having some problems with fatigue but I think it's slowly getting better.

My name is Stacy, I just had my surgery last Wed. 7/8/15, today I had my staples and drainage tube removed. I started out at 316 when I first had the talk with my PCP about surgery, I got down to 280 day of surgery and have lost 15 more pounds since my surgery. I'm at the point right now, I'm anxiously waiting for my stomach muscles to stop hating me so I can start hitting the gym...and sleep on my belly again, I miss my belly.

I started out with the charge and loved it, but my Dr. took me off my heart med since i'm losing so much weight and I switched to the HR to keep track of my heart rate for her. It is awesome, I keep track of pretty much everything through fitbit.
