I'm 34 and 5'7. I am starting to see loose skin and I don't think any amount of working out will help it....but honestly, it doesn"t bother me at all, I've learned quite a while ago to love my body , whatever it may look like.
I do work out. I started late, did mostly just walking for the first 3 months. At about 4 months post op I started the gym and hated it. Sooo instead of attempting to drag myself to something I hated, I found things I like instead. I tried a fitness class and I loved it. So I've been doing about 4 to 5 one hour classes a week (anything from Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Spin, weight class, kickboxing...)
The key for me was finding things I like doing.

I had the sleeve, surgery was much easier than I thought it would be. Surprised me how great I felt and how soon.@@vikkii19 you look amazing! What procedure did you get done?

Starting weight: 306.5 lbs
Surgery date : June 8, 2016
Current weight: 209 lbs
2.5 pounds away from 100 lbs since surgery! But I'm not frowning

I'm June 8th too! I'm in Michigan, where are you?June 8th!! I think I'm more looking forward to the pre-op diet being done than the actual surgery!
