I snuck out of work quietly and am searching for how to tell them, they are both concerned and nosey. I told some people and it was split down the middle of people telling me horror stories, not supportive, etc to totally estatic friends. It is hard. I feel slightly embarrased, I don't like the attention, making the decision was hard enough. Now I have to explain myself to 30 people. I don't know what to do.

I heard on radio once a trick. It works for me. Hold breath for 10 seconds, keep that in lungs and inhale more air, hold for 5 seconds, inhale more air, hold for 5 seconds and slowly exhale

I was sleeved on 11/ 10 also with hiatial hernia repair. Yes hiccups hurt! I add unflavored Protein powder to almost every thing so far. Cream Soups, use vanilla a Decaf coffee creamer...

Each day post op you feel 10 x better than the day before. Hang in there

I had sleeve surgery on the 10th. It is 13 days out. I lost 20 lbs in three weeks. Two week liver and 1 week clears post op. I have not lost more than 1 lb since post op appointment and moving to week 2 yogurt, pudding etc. Looking for tips or same stories. What am I doing wrong. Shouldn't it be a consistent 1lb a day loss for 3 months?
