    After surgery that happened to me I would sip and its like my intestines were rumbeling all the time ..After a while it finally quit I am almost 4 weeks post op

    Thats normal with all the gas and liquids they put in you I had gained 9 pounds

    thanks yes I can swallow pills just as long as there not horse pills .. I had my gallbladder out back in 94 so thats not an issue..

    I am 3 weeks post op today and started the gym walking I did sot on the medicine ball and lift some 3 and 5 pound weights and I am sore today be careful with that .I have been doing gummies and chewables with no issues I can start eating fish and shrimp today so I will make blackend salmon tonight so excited..

    Bella bloom I am still in the puree stage so really have not eaten many carbs calories between 350 to 500 maybe as I get full with 2 oz of food and drink to shakes ... I will be patient hope it all works out

    I am 5'9 and big boned I was hoping to get down to 180 as I have a pic of me at that weight and I look good.I am 3 weeks post op only and in total down only 16 pounds since surgery ..I am feeling a little scared what If I dont loose enough weight I feel like it is going really slow Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 324

    It can take up to an hour for my to finish my 11 oz shake I can eat about 6 spoons of cottage cheese I am 2 weeks post op

    When you get home uourr tired O did not have alot of energy until a week and a half .You will mostly hurt most on the left hand side wher your biggest scar olis .You can drive when your off the pain meds around 2 weeks .Make sure to ask for a binder to kepp your stomach from moving around to much ..Hope that helps..

    I am 2 weeks post op and wanted some peanut butter so I burnt a piece of bread and spread it on that after 3 bites I was miserable ..how long does it take for this to digest

    It does say peanut butter also said crisp toast .. I will not do that again thank god it was not more than 3 bites ..learned my lesson
