Just did my EGD fun ..now my throat hurts but other than that easy breasy -
I will be having my surgery on August 4th but from what I have seen from friends they deflate . But if you want to get them done Care credit is a credit card thst covers plastic surgery and u can make payments ..just wanted to let you all know

I did the breathing test a while back not to bad as I dont smoke so the test was to check the strength of ur longs after that u will need to do the sleep apnea test ..fun fun

Just got moved to the August 4th after the nurse told me the 28th of july and after being on the liquid a day and a half ...cant believe it I was upset but I guess another week wont kill me -
Thanks uk just got bad nrws the dr nurse did not put me on the schedule for the 28th after all ..soo mad ..so now I have to wait until August 4th ..but on the positive side I got to eat ..I have decided to just eat 1 meal and 2 shakes this week so it wont be so hard to restart the liquid diet next week

Ok just got bad news they moved my sirgery to August 4th But now i will eat 1 meal a day until I restart the liquid diet next week -

Wierd I started yesterday and have already lost 5 pounds ..i can only have carnation instant breakfast suguar free jello and popciles and water .mare you doing something different? -

I had a bad headache lastnight it was my first day on the luquid I caved and drank some milk and it went away ..I weighed myself out of curiosity and have lost 5 lbs since yesterday .. -

My surgery is in 2 weeks but heard it will get better after the initial shock on your body ..you will probably not be able to eat everything at the beginning which will help but after a year you will need willpower to get to the weight u want to weigh. Get the book the Beck Diet Solution she teaches you how to get the will power u need .the author is Judith Beck
