I am so looking forward to fitting in boths at resturants tje chair at my dentist office ..crossing my legs and most of all shopping at old navy and other normall clothing stores ..Looking cute in those clothes ..Cant wait to meet the new me...

@@amjcmral I bought chewable Centrum multivitiman and chewable calcuim and sublingual b 12 ..Also stocked up on Tums in case ..I start my liquid diet on Tuesday .. I cant wait to be able to fit in a booth or cross my legs or be able to reach my behind ..lol Just excited to meet the new me.m

Well Tuesday I restart the liquid diet so this weekend I will enjoy what I can eat ... but I am mentally prepared it will be wierd not wanting to go out to eat with hubby on the weekends after this .I plan to keep busy to not think about food while on the liquid.. Just orderd the big book on gastric bypass to use as a guide Want to make sure to keep this weight off after I loose it..

My liquid diet starts on Tuesday for 2 weeks only get carnation instant Breakfast shakes and sugar free popsicles and Jello my sirgery is August 4th .. They had moved my surgery from july 28th for some scheduling issue and I had just started thebliquid diet and was on it a day and a half when they told me this ... I had weighed myself and had already lost 6 pounds . Crazy but I think in two weeks of liquid I might loose a good 20 lbs or so

Stsrt back on my liquid diet Tuesday .as of Now have been eating 1 meal a fay with 2 shakes to ease back into it this time..

Just orderd the book cant wait to read all the good advise in it..

Sorry not sure where you are at (in what state ) as I am in Owass Ok and thru Bailey thats what I did

You will see the nurse practitioner once a month and appts with the dietician that will count as your documentaion

Be careful its supposed to be liquids only .When I had my headache I drank a small cup of milk and that helped

Best of all is I had met my deductble with an earler surgery this years so my bypass is free

My surgery got postponed to august 4th after starting the liquid diet I had lost 6 pounds in 1 day .but at least I know what to expect now

Great to hear I will restart mine next Tuesday at least I know what to expect now..
