  1. My surgeon suggested 12 months just so that everything has time to heal completely. My family physician said he's had lots of patients who got pregnant just months after surgery and there were no complications. I think waiting 2-3 years is a little excessive.
  2. I get a lot of my daily protein from chicken, eggs, cheese, and yogurt. Those are my main sources.
  3.    ashley126 reacted to a post in a topic: 10 days post op.
  4. I think I am right around the same stage as you. I still struggle some days to get enough fluids in. It's so tricky. I feel like I constantly have to have a bottle in my hands to keep myself drinking. I'm excited to start on some soft foods. Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions to start off with? Eggs, mashed potatoes, but then what??
  5. My guess is the runs?
  6. I haven't really had too much gas compared to what I've heard people have had. I have had hiccups almost daily as well. I guess this is just another way for the air to release from our body.
  7. rrgood01 how far out are you that you ordered that? I'm almost 2 weeks post op and ready to start some solids. Soft solids of course. Just wondering if anyone has some good suggestions of soft foods to start out on? Thanks
