6 weeks post-op and still unable to eat solids without vomiting - PLEASE HELP!
Same here -- I've been sticking to Soups, shakes, pureed foods. I can do scrambled eggs & refried Beans if I thin them out with veggie broth first. I tried a veggie stew the other day and was too chunky and made me vomit. So I've been just sticking to softer foods.

Partyfood ideas that qualify as purée food!
I had a holiday potluck to go to 1 month post-op and made a 5 layer bean dip to bring. I thinned out the refried Beans with veggie broth and added shredded cheese, mild salsa, sour cream and home-made guacamole for the layers. I bright tortilla chips for others and nobody seemed to notice that I just scooped a little for myself and ate with a spoon.

vegeterian/pescetarian recipes, nutrition information how to record if none is provided and how much seafood is OK?
Try TVP (textured vegetable protein) -- it's fake meat and has lots of Protein. Comes in crumbled styles (similar to ground beef) and is great in stews, sauces, etc.

Have Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism is a side effect. Was sleeved 11/5 and down 37 lbs since starting pre-op diet (2 weeks prior to surgery) -- so far so good!
