It's great that you're hitting your Water, as others have said. Do you track in an app like MFP? That is a huge help to me so that I know how many carb, fat, and Protein grams I'm getting. My doctor's recommendation is to keep it to 50 g or less of carbs a day, although I rarely go any more than 30, and usually it's more like 15-18. I think that could be a big help as your are working toward cutting back on carbs. As you work on cutting them out, you can give yourself mini goals along the way. The first couple days limit to 50, then the next few days keep it to 40, and keep going until you are where you want them to be.
Also, I recently tried turkey and cheese roll ups, and they did not fill me up either. I weighed out 2 oz of meat and 1 of cheese and it got rid of the hunger, but didn't give me the "full" signal(i was using lunch meat turkey). Maybe try some real grilled or baked chicken or cook up a lean hamburger patty. Those both get me to full. Good luck!

Well my surgeon is a butt. When I walk in and try to talk to him he just looks at me and says it is trial and error. My Protein goals are 90. No I don't meet them BC if my down fall of carbs. No I don't record but I'm going to start. I do eat protein first. I got a fit bit so I get 2-3 miles in a day with my daily life task. I'm thinking about doing Water exercise. Also I don't have a nut any more she moved.

Thanks so much I do cook. I eat sloppy Joe . I do chicken in the crock pot. Baked pork chops. I have not found a Protein Drink I like that fills me up. Also my exercise has been hindered BC of back issues. So I just wanting to get back on track and thanks for your info. I will be back to post on this thread to let you know how things are going.

OK. I'm about to be 7 months out from VSG. I have started to pick up some of my old habits. I'm loving the carbs. I'm wanting to get back on track. I get 64 oz of Water in also 6 turkey and cheese wraps in a day. I fell that I'm over eating. Also that I'm stretching my sleeve and felling this program. My doc did not send me home with any paperwork or support info. So I'm out here doing this by my self. I want my restriction to go back to 2 months out. Also I don't have a I'm full signal. I never had. Any info would be nice. No judging please. Thanks
