yes I have that same problem. But I like the lean and tones look versus flabbyTwo months post operation and 55 pound (25kg) down. Not quite half of my goal but defiantly on right track. I started gym two weeks ago been going about 4 days week and also do swimming 5 days week. I have found since I been working out my weight loss have slow down. I stalled too and then my weight just fell off. Just watch. You won't believe it until you see it:) People won't even recognize you. You will look too amazing????
Well I hope a lose more. I had my surgery June 25 and was weighing 270 and today I am 212. My goal weight is 170 by June. But I haven't lost any weight in about two weeks.

I was sleeved June 25th my highest weight was 270, surgery weight was 257 current weight 231. I only lost 1lb this week but I have lost a total of 39lbs. I hope to see a greater loss next week. I am working out about 2 hours a day.

I was sleeved 6/25 and I can eat 4oz at each meal. I eat three meals a day plus 2 Protein Shakes. This works for me so I will keep it up. I have lost a total 37lbs thus far

I used Dr. Schmitt and he was great. I paid 11,900 for outpatient surgery.

To prvent nausea trying placing a bag of ice under chin and on your chest

When you are feeling nausea get a small bag of ice and place it under your chin

I was sleeved on 6/25/15 and somehow I have strained my back. Any advice for healing?

I had outpatient surgery on 6/25/15 and my experience was great. They sent a nurse to check on me later that evening and all was well.
