How are you with the wait lost?

Like many i to have struggled with my weight all my life. Year after year of fighting,struggling,giving up and going back at it again i met the love of my like and we now have two beautiful children. Now I'm back in the saddle and going strong because i want to be there for them. Right now though i wont deny that there are those days were it doesn't feel very successful. I started at 228 before surgery, 216 the day of the surgery and now I'm at 195. I just feel like i should have had more progress.
