    Just realized I am no longer Morbidly Obese and not even Severely Obese - just plain ol' obese now (based on BMI anyway). Hmmm..... strange that actually sounds good?

    Had my 3-month (really, 3.5-month) follow-up appointment with my surgeon this morning. I've exceeded his one-year weight loss goal. He kept saying, "Wow!" and "Amazing!" Made me feel pretty good, as I'm still having a lot of trouble wrapping my mind around my weight loss.

      Thanks Pink, I've been officially talked off the ledge lol. I was not aware of the hormonal, emotional upheaval that can sometimes happen after surgery. I feel a little less crazy now! :)
