My wife has Fibro as well, for her swimming is the best exercise. Very low impact, and keeps her cool. Yes reward your self for what you have done so far. it if major progress. I know it is hard but you have to ignore the people at work and just focus on getting the next step going for yourself.

So far I have dropped 85lbs pre and post op, 33 post op. Here is my get tough checklist:
1. You went through a lot of pain and frustration to get here?don?t quit half way and you don?t want to give the naysayers a reason to talk. Work hard to shut them up.
2. Reward you self with a small present that you can look at to stay focused (Necklace or ring that will be with you at all times)
3. Forgive yourself for having plateaus we all will and take a little LAP-BAND??? vacation 2-3 days where you don?t weight in or worry just enjoy life for a few days with no guilt.
4. Next Saturday make some time to cook up good meals for the week
5. Do some web research, order a new video on a new form of exercise.

Good to hear from you, you know the rules just keep focused and doing some exercise and it will all happen for you. In reading posts from those who have done well they seem to add a bit more protein than others. You might try that as well. Otherwise I feel good about my progress. I have my first fill scheduled for Friday. Best of luck.

Hi Folks,
Sorry to say but i had to move things back to June 29th. Yes work again...Thanks for all the support. Posted two new blogs today. Lots of time on Airplanes helps.
