It is so worth it.. you will for a while have goud and bad day .but so worth it. Good

It us normal for the body to stall or rest .it will start losing. Again. It needs the break to catch up with the brain after surgery.

Have you upped your water or protein. Maybe excersise a little more.just a suggestion. I am 6 weeks in same. Place.i hesr it happens and is normal.

I am on face book under Jo AnnCooper Troupe I was so in hopes lake city had a support group.I had my surgery done may 21 ,15.. at shands Uf Gainesville fl Dr.Roceddis.he has since relocated to xst Pete Fl.i will see a new surgeon. Late august my 3 month check up.Area.i would love to attend. I had my sleeve surgery may 21.2015. i am down 58 pounds.I live in lake city fla.
