    Welcome! There is always something new to read on the forums and you'll get all kinds of cool ideas and support! I'm pretty new in the process as well...in the first month of supervised diet. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask em if you got em....

    Very new to this. Just going for my first appointment with my PCP on August 16th. Going to call my insurance company and see what requirements I need. As far as weigh ins and what not.
