    One week post op and have lost 16 pounds!

      Scales have finally moved as of late last week! I am 5 weeks post op and 30 lbs down. I have been going to the gym and doing treadmill and recumbent bike. I now am released to do weights so did the machines today and bike. I am planning to try Spin class Saturday-I used to do it and loved it!

    Guess I've hit the 3 week stall too. I just wish I could get my blood pressure down and keep it there. Yesterday I didn't feel good so I checked it. 176/98. Too high!

      Oh no! What does Dr say? Mine is going too low! Dr says my body hasn't caught up with everything that was done to it.

      Yes I feel great other than a few issues with low blood pressure this week-meds have been adjusted and it's coming back up! Three weeks post op and 26 pounds down!
