My date is July 13th as well! I start my preop liquid diet on Monday!

Greetings fellow July sleevers! I am new since yesterday when I started my freakout and began reaching out. I chill down and then freak out and chill down and freak out, but all of you are making me braver! thank you. I wish everyone great success and I am going to include all of us in my daily surgery prayers!
Today I have researched home remedies for sagging skin and made a recipe. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know and I'll send it to you. I trying to figure out how the forum replies work so patience please (or training is good too, i'm new to online forums). Happy Sunday!

No regrets, and I'd do it again if I needed to. I hated being fat more than I knew, and it was always on my mind because it impacted so much of my life. I was always either on a diet or thinking I should be on one, and feeling guilty I wasn't. Even when I was on a diet, I couldn't get my calorie intake low enough, long enough, for it to be effective. Yet, with all that worry, mind numbing thinking, and true physical effort, I stayed fat and felt powerless against it.
The sleeve changed my life. I still have to think about what I eat, but at least I'm not starved all the time and I have succeeded in losing over 140 pounds. I've kept it off more than a year, and every day, it is worth the sacrifices I've made to get here.

I currently use Essential Oils also and am having the Sleeve on Oct 21st so am very curious about this. I very rarely ingest but once in awhile if I feel a cold coming on I will ingest Oregano.
