Hello, I had the Gastric Sleeve procedure I just started eating activia sugar free I found it at Wal-Mart l. As far as eating I tried Turkey Burgers, and chicken it doesn't sit well with me at all. I tried spinach salads and any green vegetables just doesn't do good. Recently I had to go to ER because I was constipated because I'm not able to get in all my protein and nutrients. It really has been a struggle but I'm goung to keep hanging in there because luke you I don't have an appetite. I was eating alot of cheese to because that help keep me full so now I have to stay awsy from the cheese for a while until I get regular. My coworker suggested that I drink detox tea to keep me regular and take a fiber supplement. Thanks for relpying to me and if you have any recipes please share with me. The only thing I can tolerate right now is soup and it's been 100 degrees in NC.
