I have lost 30 lbs I am 42 lbs away from my goal weight that I set for myself. I'm still struggling with eating and taking my Vitamins the smell of them makes me sick and when I do take them sometimes it make sick. When do you get your procedure and how are you doing with eating and weight loss journey.
I was sleeved on June 8. No problems whatsoever. It was easy to get Water and Protein in. I got scared that they didn't make my stomach small enough. When I started pureed foods this past week, I was flaborgasted at how little my stomach actually holds now. Got sick several times because I just did not believe. I'm a thrilled believer now!

I didn't post any before or after pictures I just go by my clothes that I can't wear anymore. Yea BMI says the ideal weight is 95-105 but my goal is 175 you should set your own goal and not worry about BMI. Good Luck...

Hello, I had the Gastric Sleeve procedure I just started eating activia sugar free I found it at Wal-Mart l. As far as eating I tried Turkey Burgers, and chicken it doesn't sit well with me at all. I tried spinach salads and any green vegetables just doesn't do good. Recently I had to go to ER because I was constipated because I'm not able to get in all my Protein and nutrients. It really has been a struggle but I'm goung to keep hanging in there because luke you I don't have an appetite. I was eating alot of cheese to because that help keep me full so now I have to stay awsy from the cheese for a while until I get regular. My coworker suggested that I drink detox tea to keep me regular and take a Fiber supplement. Thanks for relpying to me and if you have any recipes please share with me. The only thing I can tolerate right now is Soup and it's been 100 degrees in NC.
