Calm down. "erythematous" means "red". So you have some irritation in several parts of your stomach. The antrum is the part they remove with a sleeve. The prepylorus is down at the pyloris, the valve between the stomach and the small intestine. The incisura is down near the pylorus. No, this doesn't mean anything permanent, serious, or otherwise ominous. Your surgeon will want to calm down the irritation before surgery.

I'm brand new on this forum and am 2 months into the process. It really helps to read your tips and ideas about this surgery. I am on 2 different hypertension medictions, a statin and an antidepressant. If I can just get rid of a few of these I would think the surgery was a success. Thanks again for all of your posts. @@muzical1
