Try whatever brand vanilla Protein and use that as your "base." Add fruit and almond milk or fruit juice and blend. Here are a few of my faves:
banana walnut- Protein powder, frozen banana, almond milk, walnuts and one stevia packet- optional.
Peanut butter/banana- Protein Powder, frozen banana, PB2 powder, almond milk, and one stevia packet-optional.
Tropical fruity: Protein powder, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen Strawberries, orange or pineapple juice. *One stevia packet if the fruit is not sweet.*

I'd be looking for a new PCP also. Good riddance to her!

I just want to get back to my weight of a few years ago and flounce around the beach in my bikini and go shopping! And feel better health wise. I want to feel good inside and out.

I'm self pay but had one a week ago to get better self pay pricing. I hope to sleeve next month.

I haven't had that problem if I use a Blender Bottle. I just dump it in and shake. If I am adding it to a hot beverage I dissolve it into a small amount of lukewarm Water and the add it to the hot. Never had an issue with clumping or grit.
Aw man... I just ordered some!!I don't recommend the Isopure unflavored. Unless you are using a blender it is hard to mix with anything.
I tried it in my coffee this morning and it was fine. Definitely can't use a full scoop on one cup though! ????

I have them. With my lower BMI, I just did not feel like fooling with them, so I'm going self pay. Good luck to you.

You can get a box of about 1000 packets of Stevia at costco. It's around $11.99. The other week they had a $3 instant coupon! The brand name for it is PureVia.

I did the full treatment and I had two test subjects as well. All of us were thin at that time and our focus was the tummy area. We had to be thorough since this was for a review. All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted.
And for the lady asking about wraps for the neck area, at the time or our test group, the wraps were one size and you could cut them down for various areas. They may have changed since then. Not sure.

I tried those wraps and reviewed them for a local paper. Unfortunately they got 1 out of a possible 5 stars. It only got the one star due to the Water requirement in the instructions.

I'm with you on the housework. I'm making sure that everything is extra clean and tidy and all bills are paid up because my man child, aka husband, is clueless.@@kashco I was fortunate that the custodians started cleaning/waxing in my hall, so it was the first one done. I just spent 2+ hours over there and got half of my boxes down and unpacked. They were all library books, so I got them sorted accordingly. It wiped me out. I was hoping to do more, but will have to go back tomorrow.
Gonna have to focus on housework next week in the evenings so there is some sense of order around the house for surgery.
Still anxiously waiting for insurance to make up their mind! Do they know how torturous this is?

Oh yeah baby!!!

I would consult with your NUT. Mine said 6 months (no beer ever).
Good luck with your journey!
No beer ever is like... ugh!!! Especially when I fly in for Cowboys games.
